She was so good about finding new inventory for us to go through and did so much work ahead of time planning the showings and making detailed copies of every house we saw. Meagan Robinson assisted me with the purchase of a home about three weeks ago. Despite me being stationed in Afghanistan, where the time difference is 9.5 hours ahead of EST, Meagan was always able to assist me and answer any questions I had at very odd times of the day for her. This showed me the willingness and desire to make sure I was involved in the process. From very early on in the home-buying process, she presented me with several options for what I was looking for, and made sure that what I wanted is what I got. She kept in constant contact with the bank processing my loan, the title company, home insurance company, and other stakeholders involved in the process. If youve ever purchased a house, then you know that process can be complex at times and that it requires several things to go just right. Meagan was the thread that kept this process together and that allowed it to go as smoothly as it did. I highly recommend Meagan if you are looking for help in finding the right home for you. I found Meagan online and started working with her the 3rd week of July 2019 and we moved into our new home on September 21st! We lived in another state and were planning our move to Florida. During the first few days we spoke by phone several times with me detailing the kind of home we were looking for and our budget. She started emailing available properties to my husband and I right away. We would comment on them and send back. Very quickly she learned what we liked and didnt and was sending us information on homes we found interesting. Our home sold after being on the market 1 week so our need to find a home in Florida was a high priority. We spent the 5 days the first week of August in Florida. Meagan spent nearly the entire week showing us homes, most of which we considered to be viable purchases. We decided on a home on the 4th day and wrote an offer with Meagan helping us decide what would be a fair price for our offer. We returned to Indiana and Meagan was in frequent contact with paperwork that needed to be completed. She sent documents to us and we would sign online and return to her electronically, saving on time and cost. Again, time was considerably important due to our home selling so quickly. Meagan met the inspector at our new home and spent the entire time of inspection with him, calling us with any questions or concerns. This service was above and beyond what we expected from our realtor. We returned to sign closing documents and Meagan was right by our side making sure everything went as planned. Our new home was vacant and she even came with us to see our new home was in proper condition! I really cant say enough good things about her, she is professional and knowledgeable about real estate in this area, extremely pleasant to work with and looked out for our interests at every step, and her availability was beyond our expectations! She put us in contact with two very nice gentlemen to unload the Pod we used for moving. After the sale she continues to be available providing recommendations for service providers!

If I could give her 10 thumbs up and a 100 star rating I would. Meagan knows what she's doing. She's very professional and is extremely knowledgeable. She listens and looks for the right house for you. She made the process so much less stressful. I recently purchased a house from out of state, and Meagan was outstanding helping me throughout the process, from negotiating the price, going to the inspection, referring me to a property manager, getting some repairs done, and getting the utilities set up. The entire transaction went very smooth, she got the repairs done literally the same day we closed, and the property manager had the property listed for rent the next day! It was really amazing. I contacted her out of the blue one day, and after talking to her a couple of times, felt very comfortable to be working with her. There was a lot of research that needed to be done on the property prior to us making an offer, and she got it all done over a Saturday/Sunday, for a client she just met. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area, and hopefully will be doing other deals with her in the future.

I have worked with Meagan several times and she goes above and beyond in her efforts to both buy and sell a property. I have seen Meagan point out flaws and guide you away from potential problems and sales all because she wants you to have your perfect house and one that honestly fits your needs. She is not a sale at all cost but more of a do what's right and you'll get the reward. On selling a property she listens and suggests without being overbearing. She is not afraid to help in any way and I've seen her get her hands dirty because she wants the best showing possible. Again I have bought and sold several from and with her and she has done a excellent job. With now over 45 homes bought and sold I can pick out the good realtors and she is one of the good ones. I highly recommend.
