Mechelle has helped me through two home purchases. One a short sale and one was a zoning nightmare that took 6 months to get closed. She stayed on it and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I still own both homes and will work with Mechelle when I am ready for another purchase.

We interviewed several listing agents before selecting Mechelle to help us sell our home. We had a buyer shortly after listing which was great. However, the age of our home made it very difficult to lend on. We had to get a lot of work done and Mechelle was there every step of the way guiding us. I am an out of town investor and Mechelle was able to locate a property with in my parameters quickly as i was performing a 1031 Exchange and had a time to purchase. She was able to discuss with me a reasonable offer with me on a resent purchase and present it to the seller. Once the offer was accepted she put her team of Home Inspection people in action that were able to come in quickly, assess any issues with the property and produce there reports for us to review. We then discussed a reasonable credit for those issues, she then presented it to the sellers and we made the deal happen. From the offer till close of escrow was about 20 to 25 days. Mechelle was very thorough with all the documentation preparation and attentive through out the hole process. This is the second property we have purchased with her in the last year and half. Very comfortable to work with and would purchase another property in the future with her.
