We contacted Megan in the fall of 2018 to give her the heads up that we were preparing for a major life shift and moving from Denver to Fort Collins. Our house was a very eclectic house that would require just the right person to buy it.We needed her help in advance so that we could know what to do (and what not to do) to prepare our house for the market. On top of this I took a new job in Fort Colins 5 months before we put the house on the market. The daily commute back and forth from Denver to Fort Collins meant I had no time to work with contractors and handy-folks. Megan did everything for us, found contractors, helped us deal with issues with the contractors, staged our house, and was the grand-orchestrator of the entire transaction.Megan even recommended a wonderful colleague in Fort Collins to help us find our new home.We cannot possibly write a review that would match our extremely high level of thankfulness to Megan!

Until I worked with Megan I always had a low opinion of most real estate agents. Megan is a rare gem in her profession.While some agents I considered gave low market appraisals for the house an old trick that gives them an easy sale without having to work- Megan gave me the highest appraisal out of 6 agents AND THEN BROUGHT IN $11,000 more! She did it by consulting and advising us well, staging it beautifully, working like crazy to market it and negotiating well. She made the process super easy for us.Megan is the real deal. I enthusiastically give her the strongest possible recommendation.

My husband and I relocated to Denver about 9 years ago and Megan was our realtor. She is a breathe of fresh air compared to a lot of realtors in the past as we have relocated to several cities in our married life. The girl knows her stuff!! We couldnt decide on what we wanted; old, new, open concept, non open concept, fireplace, gas fireplace, on and on we went for it seems several months. She hung in there for us like the trooper she is!! All together she showed us about 40 different houses. We finally ended up buying 2, one for us and a rental our daughter and her family live in now. Megan was so helpful to us as far as helping pick out an area to purchase our home. Once we were in escrow, she anticipated any problems before they could occur. She obtained estimates for repairs, not knowing if they would be needed yet. We used several people she had referenced for repairs and was happy with each vender. Megan came highly recommended from my husband TJ's boss. Buying a house is the biggest purchase we will ever (hopefully) make and being able to trust our real estate agent was our top and only priority. Megan is a long time family friend of TJ's boss and that was an immediate buy in. The fact that Megan hasbeen in Denver for so long and is so knowledgeable on the city, growth, trends, neighborhoods, homes, etc was an added bonus.Megan was on top of all the dates, deadlines, and contracts. We had a particularly challenging purchase and Megan was always on top of deadlines and advocating for us. When we put our offer in on the house, we offered low due to our budget and it was initially rejected. Megan used her negotiating skills to turn the reject to an accepted offer and we are now enjoying our first home!Megan was always available even after hours or if she was out with friends she would communicate this and give us a heads up when she would be available, which was usually in the following 5-10 minutes (this was not necessary, but it was appreciated). She offered honest feedback about a property when we asked for it, and also called out risks with certain properties that we might not have organically understood. We had a pretty tight budget and she definitely did not pressure us to the limit.I would 100% highly recommend Megan to anyone purchasing a home in Denver!
