First time home buyer-Megan was beyond amazing. She really works on your best interest, and wants to help you find your next home that is right for you. She was responsive to all of our questions regarding all the little details, and she made sure she was with us every step of the way. With all the new precautions due to COVID, she still made buying a house still fun. We probably saw over 50 houses and never once were we made to feel like we were inconveniencing her. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her for your real estate business. When we decide to move, we have already decided we want her to be the one to sell our house! Also, lots of websites say pick a real estate agent you trust (check) and knows people (double check). She knows a lot of great people as well. She has people for everything. And she has a great eye for design. We're excited to be moving into our first new home soon, and couldn't be more grateful for her help!

Megan was fabulous and so patient with us! She was the perfect mix of optimistic but also being realistic in regards to possible compromises on homes that would fit with our wishes and lifestyles. She went above and beyond to see so (SO) many houses with us and at flexible times for our schedule. As first time buyers who really didnt have a style, she was perfect at allowing us to grow, develop, and change during the process and the houses she found reflected that growth perfectly. Another thing? Shes QUICK. The second we showed interest in a house, she was already contacting the seller to get background info, bidding dates, etc. We never missed an opportunity due to lack of knowledge or missed deadlines! Would 100% recommend her, especially to first time buyers.
