I hired Megan to sell my home which had previously been listed with two other agents. She was able to show me what my home was worth in the market now and we decided on a list price that made sense. She obviously knew what she was doing because 2 weeks later we had a full price offer on the house. Megan sold the home I owned for 40+ years and helped me downsize to a condo. She was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable.
