My wife and I were moving from out of state and Melanie was always available when we needed her. She diligently made us appointments for any newly listed homes we wanted to see. We would recommend Melanie to be your agent, especially if you're moving from out of state.

Melanie was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the Smyrna housing market and responded very quickly to any questions I had throughout the process. She was able to negotiate everything my wife and I wanted, and she was a great advocate through closing. I would definitely work with her again.

We initially met Melanie when looking at another home as she was the seller's agent and we were only window shopping. She probably knew we weren't serious since we were pretty clueless on the process, but she took the time to educate us on what we needed to be doing to get ourselves ready to buy and what the current real estate climate was. Later when we did get serious, she was the person we turned to to both help us buy and sell. Throughout the process she was always available to answer any questions we had and do the tough stuff when needed (negotiate, etc). I would reccomend her to anyone buying or selling.

New to the Atlanta area, we did not know Buckhead from Bankhead. Melanie did a great job listening to our needs and providing solid recommendations on neighborhoods that fit our family perfectly. She was also able to provide recommendations on 3rd parties involved in the home buying process which was especially convenient for us. She is extremely attentive and worked hard to facilitate every aspect of the home buying process. Unfortunately, we do not buy primary residences on a regular basis. If we did, we would certainly be repeat customers!!

Melanie was the best and we were very lucky to find her. I was impressed with her knowledge of the construction. For instance she spotted that one house had a drainage system installed around the basement walls.

Melanie and her team were responsive throughout the entire undertaking of selling my house and buying a new home. I was kept apprised of every step in the financing and negotiating process. Melanie truly listened and understood what I was looking for in my next home and ticked every box on my list to find my "forever" home! I had a short time to find a condominium. I also have a disability and needed to be on a ground floor. Melanie She set up a mortgage contact and accompanied me to look at around 8 options within a 2-week period. She worked with me to find a good neighborhood with a condo that had an excellent management service, great financial data and low monthly fees. It had plenty of storage, open concept and a large patio. Melanie managed to get us to closing quickly and I was able to move in within 5 weeks. Melanie Hunt is just what her card says... A Real Estate Professional. I personally don't think you can hire anyone that could or would work any harder at getting results. I called her because she had more homes listed in my area than anyone else, and I listed with her and sold very quickly at a great price! We listed another home with her and it brought full price in less than a week! Melanie has many local connections, and was able to help us with every problem we could throw at her! I'm sure there are other good real estate professionals around but Melanie is so helpful, I would highly recommend her to anyone for anything pertaining to Real Estate!
