Melanie was born and raised in North East Texas and is a proud to be a Texas native through and through! She will win you over with her quick wit, southern charm and kind demeanor. With 20+ years in the field of tax preparation as a senior tax analyst with H&R Block, Melanie decided to branch out into real estate in 2019. Helping people with the largest purchase of their lives and being able to advise them of the tax consequences of both buying and selling real estate was a big motivator for Melanie to get into the rewarding field of real estate sales. The flexible schedules of both careers may have helped make that push for her as well!! Melanie is mom to a 21yr old daughter and 17yr old son.
