Melanie Parsons

We have worked with Melanie on the sale of a home in Antioch, purchase of one in Barrington, subsequent sale of that home and purchase of the home in which we are currently living (and hope to live for a long time). We are obviously comfortable working with her. She has helped by advising on staging both homes, price selection, negotiating offers, inspections, and in winding our way through the closing process. She was patient with us on our wanting to look at homes at times which I expect were not the most convenient for her and she listened to our frustrations. While I would hope she is retired before we move out of our current home, if that is not the case, we would use her again.

Melanie was wonderful to work with on the sale of my home. She really knows the market and what elements are needed for a successful sale. I appreciate the research she did in preparation of our meetings and in settling on my asking price. She provided honest and candid advice regarding the staging process and the changes required to maximize my home's sales potential. Melanie was also very responsive and very efficient. I would certainly work with Mel when buying or selling in Barrington.
