i have read all of the reviews for Melanie Swagerty and I agree with every one. 5 stars are not enough, I was in California and Melanie was the 2nd Sequim realtor to list my condo. She sent over photographer who took great photos, a wonderful improvement over 1st listing. Melanie is completely educated and knowledgeable of Sequim and of the entire State of Washington. She was always capable of answering correctly, with common sense advice, guidance and patience all my questions. I was not the easiest of clients. But Melanie has a great deal of integrity, ethics, knowledge and patience, above all confidence in herself. I was never called wrong , but guided to a positive outcome forall my "thats nonsense" issues. The buyers realtor had an emergency and Melanie took up the slack and guided all of us to a positive, on time close. I have always handled the purchase and sale of my properties, I have never used a RE agent. From now on, Melanie is the RE agent in charge of all my Washington state transactions.H. K.
