Melbatine Hunter

Driven and tenacious in my approach, every client will be treated like apart of my family. I represent a strong family background and am pleased to be in a career that allows me to change the environments and overall dynamic for each family I come into contact with, with the utmost level of integrity. Obligated to breakdown any barriers, there is never a question of "if you can buy a home, but when". Don't be deterred by a lender telling you no, less than perfect credit or your debt to income ratio is too high. I have the knowledge and experience to push those 'no's' into your dream home. Whether it's your first time buying a home, your looking to build, work with developers, need to sell your home, have a luxury property or are looking to purchase a commercial property; I am excited to welcome you into the world of Effortless Realty! Contact me today and embark on our new journey!!!
