At the time my wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to sell or stay. We liked our house and neighborhood and only wanted to move if we could find a house that met very specific criteria in a very specific location. Melinda was very patient and stayed with us for over 1.5 years as we looked at and put offers on several homes. When we finally found the perfect home and got an accepted offer, she also became our sellers agent. We needed to sell our house in order to buy our new house. She expertly guided us through the process of listing our home and we had our pick of offers after just one open house.Melinda was patient, kind and professional.

She just helped me sell my home quickly and for more money than I thought my home was worth. Melinda is a professional who is in tune with market prices. I had a sales price stuck in my head with what I thought my house was worth. Melinda researched the area and came back to me with a higher number and a game plan to accomplish that goal. The first day my house showed I got full asking price! Thank you Melinda!"
