Melinda King

I have been selling "homes" for over 20 years...they just happened to be "homes" people can move from one location to another. I sold high-end 5th wheels that people lived in to fulfill their dreams of being a "fulltime RV'er". My expertise was helping the consumer find the best floorplan for their needs...even if we had to build a custom unit. After leaving the RV industry I missed the contact with home buyers and knew Real Estate was the answer. I was not disappointed! I was named "Top Performing Agent" and "Rookie of the Year" for Exit Realty-New Braunfels for 2015. I love what I do! I am not a part-time REALTOR. I have 2 grown children in the area and have a wonderful supportive husband. We have lived and worked in the area since 1977. It would be my pleasure to help you and your family find the best possible property for your needs. Please give me a call!
