She has done several transactions of buying and selling my houses.She just accomplished listing and selling my home and at the same time finding me the perfect house to accommodate my family and helping me through the process of buying this house. Her expertise is the ability to accomplish this simultaneously. I closed both houses. In a day of each other before Christmas. The total time period was 5-6 weeks. And she has done this numerous times. She is always looking after her clients. Handling any situation that comes up. And has resources to help with any repairs, flooring, cleaning. Even a person that reglazes tubs, tile, resurfaces countertops, etc. I highly recommend her and will continue to in the future. She is a miracle worker. And she is awesome to work with.
