My broker-level experience allows me to interpret complex contract language, guide negotiations with confidence, and protect my clients’ interests from our first conversation to closing day. Since 2007, I have been a catalyst in assisting buyers and sellers with navigating shifting markets with clarity and strategic insight. I began my career selling farm and ranch properties and homes on acreage, then transitioned during the 2008 market crash into Short Sales, Foreclosures, and REO services. During this time, I completed more than 120 successful foreclosure resolutions and helped major lenders avoid more than 3 billion dollars in default mortgage losses while supporting homeowners through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
