In my case, I had raised my children in the house I was selling and had lived there for 24 years. Any time I felt anxiety overwhelming me, Melissa was always my calming voice. I was amazed at Melissa's work ethic. She worked tirelessly marketing my house. Melissa didn't just stick her sign on my lawn and sit back and wait for potential buyers. She also helped me find a new home. She was always available for my many, many questions. When you are selling your home, ultimately the decisions are yours, but Melissa was able to give me the information I needed to make the best decisions for me

Melissa was particularly helpful in purchasing a home that I was not able to see myself ! That takes a lot of trust and she made so simple for me. She handle all the negotiations for me and made document signing easy using an electronic service. Process was seamless.

Melissa was awesome! In August she helped us buy a really great home. She was on top of all aspects of the tricky transactions at all times. Without her help to navigate the process, I don't know that we would have been able to get this house. She was always easy to contact, and quickly followed up on every issue as needed. There were many! It was our decision to buy, before we sold our first house. Of course we would contact Melissa again. When we were ready to list the old house she got to work immediately!
