7/18/2019Sold a home in ManalapanMelissa did an amazing job selling our home - she was patient with us as we initially wanted to list in 2018 but decided to wait until 2019 - no pressure at all. Melissa made the process very simple from getting the house ready to list to the closing. All of my documents were filtered through Melissa - we just sent to her and she took care of the rest with the buyers side. She was honest about price expectations which helped during the offer process. We would use her again for a future purchase/sale.

She listens to you and tries to accomodate you, but also brings you down to earth when you are unrealistic! She was very helpful with figuring out what price to sell the home, but never pushes you to list at a certain price - the decision is strictly up to you, but she will provide good feedback. Speaking of feedback, her staff makes sure they get it from every showing by persistently asking the other realtors who show the home for it!
