Melissa conducted herself in a very pleasant and professional manner throughout the process of her assisting me with the sale of my rental property in the Black Rock/North Buffalo area. she assisted me with establishing an asking price for the property which attracted a good number of prospective purchasers who were interested in the property. She was very successful in helping me advertise the sale of the property and through her contacts bringing in a good number of prospective purchasers to view the property. An offer for the property at the asking price was received a few days after the property went on the market
