Melissa has been a great realtor. She's very responsive, quick to answer questions, look for new properties, move on paperwork, and everything else. We've had a lot of unique issues come up with the property we're purchasing and she's really been on top of doing her homework, following up on things, and looking for potential surprises. She also did a great job negotiating with the other parties on both ends of our transaction. All around exceptional experience and on top of it all, she's incredibly friendly and easy to work with.

She went above and beyond with communication between our sellers and us and made the whole process feel very easy and uncomplicated! My husband and I are thrilled with our purchasing our new home and plan on staying for awhile, so although we may not need Melissa's services at the moment, we will always strongly recommend her to our friends and family! Melissa is one of the kindest, sharpest people we have ever worked with. Not only is she kind, but she cunning in the favor of her clients and extremely smart! We started with Melissa two years ago when we were looking into a home but ended up renting. This year we were ready to make the leap into a home of our own and couldn't wait work with Melissa again. Melissa is perfect in figuring out what people are looking for and prompt with finding homes not only in our style, but our price range. When we finally selected a home we loved, she was nothing but on the ball with negotiations, paper work and tactics to benefit our purchase. During the process Melissa was a perfect liaison between the seller, title agency, HOA, Bank and anywhere else we needed her. She made herself available more than we could have ever asked for and DELIVERED on everything. This was new to us and Melissa was in our corner to make sure we were treated fairly by each party involved. She personally inspected and viewed all work we requested to be done to the home. Found mistakes in the work and had it fixed, found mistakes in their paperwork and had it fixed. We had an issue with the Bank changing our paperwork which would have cost us $1800. They were reluctant to refund us until Melissa called. We were refunded the same day she called and had multiple managers contact us with apologies. During our move she brought us boxes at no charge. She sent us house warming gifts and cards. She called to check in on us and make sure all is well. If you don't get it by now, she went above and beyond to help us, calm us and make us happy, even after her sale was done. We would like to think we were special and she gave us special treatment, but after working with her, talking to her and getting to know her a bit, we are certain this is just the way she is. Honest, Smart and Dependable. We have come to truly consider her a friend and will only work with Melissa Ellison in the Future!
