Melissa was very professional, outgoing. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to go beyond her normal criteria to help you. I dont think that I would request any other realtor to help me find a home. She stayed on top of when new houses popped up even when we were out looking at homes if my husband or I came across one that was in the same neighborhood she would get on top of it that moment to see if we could include that in our List of houses we were looking at that day.

Melissa was a dream realtor. She listened and offered advised if asked. She calmed me down if i was concerned if my house would not sell in time! She found me a home! 5 stars is not enough stars to credit her. All the stars is the sky are not enough because she found my dream home! I will recommend Melissa to everyone I know and meet! Watters Realty was awesome however, the real reason I am writing this review is because of my realtor, Melissa Guth! Wow! Melissa was the best realtor I could have ever imagined. No matter the time of day, if I had a question or saw a house I wanted to tour she was on it! Her personality and genuinely caring made this process even more special. I never felt alone throughout and even after the process, she was on top of everything! If there was any issues, she was my bull dog ready to resolve any issue! Her knowledge was incredible and she was able to answer any question I had (which there were a lot since I am a first time home buyer). Melissa is someone I want on my side when making a huge purchase. Thank you so much for everything Melissa and Watters Realty for connecting me with Melissa! I couldn't be any happier!

What can I say other than Melissa is awesome and amazing. Very sweet and professional all the way to the closing. She was always prompt to respond, and always ready to show a house, sometimes at the drop off a hat. We truly gained a friend in this whole process!
