Melissa Nowak

After 18 years at my brother’s company, Nowak Realty, Inc., I felt it was time to serve the community I live in with outstanding real estate service. Having lived in Woodridge since 2008, I know the community, the schools, the park district, Cypress Cove, and the various other amenities our village offers. To Woodridge, I bring not only experience, but passion and tenacity when it comes to selling homes. I absolutely love my job and take great pride in being a hard-working, personable agent. Besides the tenacity, I also bring experience which helps immensely when difficult situations arise—I’ve tackled just about every hiccup that can materialize in a given transaction. Closing one door and opening another can be emotional and stressful; my goal is to make your transition from one phase of your life to another as smooth as possible.
