Melissa was SO patient with us as we looked for a home for nearly A YEAR. She was always very flexible, quick to respond and consistently advocated for us. She shared a lot of wisdom along the way without ever being pushy.

Melissa recently helped use with our purchase of our home. She was very professional. She either called, txt or emailed us with every step. We told her what we wanted for our dream house and she did it!!!! If anyone is in need of a great experienced realtor, look no further!

Melissa helped us purchase our first home and the process couldnt have gone smoother! From the searching process to closing, Melissa did everything in her power to get us exactly what we wanted. We barely lifted a finger, except to sign closing papers! I was extremely impressed with her negotiating skills and would buy my home all over again. I can honestly say I have no regrets in my purchase and would like to give her a tremendous thank you for being the best realtor!

From day one Melissa treated us like family. Even though we had a relatively small budget and we were not looking for anything fancy she treated us with the respect and dignity that any person desires. She even said at one time that she always treats every client the same no matter what price range they are in. She worked with us for nearly a year during our long and exhaustive search of a suitable home. She researched tirelessly and spent many hours hoping to help us find place to call home. There were many cases where she was able to suggest bits of information that helped us make educated decisions regarding the health of homes we saw, the buying process, and negotiation of prices. In fact, we were required to do a home buyer education course, and we breezed through it painlessly, mostly because of what we learned speaking with her! It is difficult to list all of the work she put into being our buying agent. She drove all around, she called and called, she set up appointments at a moment's notice, and by all reasonable definitions bent over backwards to give us the best opportunity she could. We even ran into her and her husband at a parade and again, they treated us just like family. I know that anytime we need help with real estate or have questions Melissa will be ready to advise us with her expert knowledge. She honestly goes all the extra miles! I don't know how we got so lucky!!! (especially because we met other agents who were not 1/10 as respectful and attentive). I can't imagine a better experience.

It was a wonderful experience working with Melissa. She is professional, personable, and enthusiastic and has an excellent work ethic. She was incredibly generous with her time and always answered all my questions promptly. Throughout the negotiating process, Melissa was there quickly handling any issues that could have arisen. She is very patient, helped set realistic expectations, and explained each part of the process of home buying to us. She gave us referrals for numerous matters needed throughout and after the transaction. After the transaction closed, she is still available and does not hesitate to help with any questions I may have. I cannot express how much of a joy it was working with Melissa. I will without a doubt work with her again and will refer everyone I know to use her as a Realtor. Melissa is truly a Realtor Professional and a very nice person.
