In February of 2018, I put my very first home on the market and within 1 day I received two offers. By the end of that week I had received a total of 6 great offers. There was no need to do the open-house nor wait on any additional offers. And in less than 40 days, I closed. Melissa brought her own professional photographer to my house and we were able to get some really awesome pictures and shots. Additionally, she made sure that my home was listed on all of the best websites. Within that week I became so overwhelmed with all of the requests to come see home. Melissa picked up on how I was feeling and she actually called me to talk me through it and to make sure that I was feeling okay. For me it was a good problem to have. Furthermore, Melissa's professionalism was impeccable through out the entire progress. Even though she was working on other projects, I never felt that I was being over-looked. She answered all emails, texts, and phone calls timely. No matter what time of day it was, Melissa was quick to respond. I could call her at 10am and then later at 10pm and she always made herself available to discuss business. It was absolutely great to work with her. And I would definitely call her again if I'm in the market to sell.
