Melissa is tremendously knowledgeable about all aspects of buying AND owning/maintaining a house - whether its a home in the country or a home in the suburbs or anywhere in between. She is prompt at responding and accommodating to schedules. If needed, she is extremely well-versed and good at pairing buyers with helpful lenders, insurance agents, builders. When buying or building a house, you want her on your team! I love my new house and hope to never move, but if I do, she will be the first one I call.

We were so fortunate to stumble upon Melissa while we were house shopping a few years ago and we were fortunate enough to be able to use her services again to sell our home recently. She is a fantastic realtor, we always felt she was on our team and had our best interest in mind. Melissa helped us sell a high-end house in a rural area during a pandemic. We can't thank her enough for her great service! Among other things, she listed the house at the correct price, was proactive at seeking out potential buyers, kept us informed at all times, and smoothed out every single glitch that occurred during the process. For example, she stepped in and showed the house for an inexperienced buyer's agent who was unlicensed in the state. She personally delivered house plans to the home of the buyer's assessor in order to speed up the assessment process. And, when the closing company forgot to give the house plans to the new owners, she picked them up and personally delivered them. She is the best!!!
