Melitza Perez

Melitza is the ultimate real estate professional. I met her in 2009 and that time I backed out of the purchase. Because of her professionalism I decided to call her again in 2017. She sold a home for me, helped me buy a smaller property and start a Real Estate Investment business. She has been instrumental in my success and we plan on continuing doing business with her. She takes her time to analyze every property and supports me with honest feedback. She is prompt during negotiations and I feel she is representing my interests. Her expertise and local knowledge of the real estate market and industry provides us with reassurance that we are doing the right thing.

I just closed on 12/30/2016 thanks to Melitza. We had been looking for a single family house since August, she showed me so many properties that I inquired about and was so patient and helpful. When I finally found the one, She went the extra mile to make it happen. I wouldn't have been able to close if it wasn't for Melitza. I totally recommend her.

We cannot say enough about the quality of care we received using Melitza Perez as our realtor. She was so knowledgeable throughout our entire selling and buying process. Melitza truly impressed us with her level of market comprehension, asked us what we were in the market for and was able to find us exactly what we had in mind. Not once did she take us to a home that was remotely out of our search criteria. It was hard picking a home with all the wonderful homes we saw with. Once we decided on a home to put an offer on, Melitza was again on top of everything.
