Melodie Watts

Melodie is excellent! She does her homework and will go to bat for you. She helped us make informed decisions each step of the process and made us feel like we had an advocate and a trusted advisor in our corner. We will use her for any home sale or purchase in the future.

We used Melanie again for buying a house because our first experience was wonderful. But, this was our first time to use her when selling a home. Both experiences were great. She is personal, extremely informative, and driven. We would recommend Melodie to anyone who is familiar with the Dallas area or just moving here, buying their 5th home or selling for the first time. She, also, was very strong, but realistic, when we were at the bargaining stages when buying and selling. Besides selling our home for top dollar, my favorite part was that she's organized and kept us well-informed at every step along the way. We will be using Melodie if we have to move again.
