I live on the mainland and purchased a property on Oahu. I started off contacting Melody via phone and discussing similar properties pros/cons in the area. I met Melody while on vacation in March and she showed me available units on the market at that time, but timing was not quite right for an offer. Upon a second trip in October, it just so happened the timing seemed to work well and the process has been very smooth. Melody has kept on top of everything. I highly recommend working with Melody, especially if your primary residence is on the Mainland and you are searching for a second home. She will be there for you and is someone you can trust.
