Working with Mendy was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and incredibly responsive. I never had to worry about missing out on seeing a home that would interest me - she was on top of every listing the moment it became available and shared it with me. She did a great job of understanding exactly what I was looking for, and presented options accordingly. She is so dedicated to her clients that she even kept up with listings for me while she was on vacation! She brightened every rainy day I spent with her looking for my new home! Mendy represented me in my recent home purchase. I couldn't have expected any more from her and her team. I ended up putting an offer on a larger 30-year-old home, and she really helped me work my way through a lengthy inspection report. Long story short, we had a tight window to make a decision as to what repairs I could live with and what I couldn't or risk losing earnest money. She had the various repair professionals out to the home within days and quotes back in time to save the deal.Don't let her authentic southern belle charm fool you, she was poking around in my crawl space looking for mold and dry rot :) You couldn't get me in there. Spiders freak me out! It was reassuring that she was wiling to go the extra mile and risk a nice commission in order to do her best to ensure I was making a sound investment.

What a journey buying my first home was! And I could not have asked for a better agent. Mendy did a fantastic job of advocating for me and guiding me through the process. There were so many things that were completely new to me and she was able to thoroughly explain the process and expectations. Mendy's communication with the seller's agent and inspector was always very clear and because of this we were able to receive quick responses. When questions came up regarding any maintenance or repair issues, she quickly researched and reached out to contractors to get answers and make appointments for additional inspections if needed.
