My husband and I moved to Florida last October for his employment change. We purchased a home here in Florida and chose to keep our condo at 5855 N. Sheridan Rd for our use. It came to our attention that, under specific circumstances, we were permitted to rent our condo as long as we went through a number of hoops and found an appropriate tenant. This past April, we asked Property Manager for a recommendation for a realtor who knows the building and the Edgewater area. She gave us the name of several realtors, including Mera Kordic. Mera was on the job from the get go and found us an incredible tenant in just 2 weeks. She patiently navigated us through all of the paperwork and kept us on target for deadlines. She helped us understand the process and took time out for us.
