If anyone ever needs an agent, I reccomend Mercedes. She knows the area very well and is very educated in what she does. I gave her my price range and criterias and she matched it exactly. I am very grateful for her.

In the last few years I met Mercedes when she started property managing a townhome connected to mine.She asked me to sell my home at the amount I owed on it. (70,000 at the time] and I told her no, I needed to make a profit because Im a sr citizen and had to live on the income. She rented the townhouse connected to mine to a couple who were good friends of hers. Right away the female started complaining about my dog barking and eventually complained to code enforcement who started sending Cobb Animal control who I explained that this was the first complaint I had since living in my TH for 10 plus years. Next the couple started harassing me by sending police to my home with minor complaints and lying about me on social media on the males business page to his clients. Mercedes was also a conspirator in this harassment to force me to move so she could purchase my home. Eventually she did purchase the TH connected to mine and lied to me about it. She refused to fix the roof that was damaged on her roof,causing damage to my home, claiming the owner refused to because insurance refused to fix until I found out she had purchased it a year before. Only after I confronted her did she fix her roof still denying she owned it! The same renters are still harassing me constantly trying to get me to sell but didnt count on me being adamant about staying in my home. Then they went through the S/D with the code enforcement guy whom they constantly complained to him about me and told lies to neighbors all planned to get me out of my house so Mercedes could buy it.

If I had to choose one word to describe Mercedes it would be LIAR , all of the 5star reviews are from her “friends” that she rents to , she is an absolutely horrendous agent the only thing she cares about is the money if you choose rent or buy with her be prepared to be just another number , she’s very irresponsible with rent payments , constantly goes back on her word , and lies to make you think she’s taking care of you
