Meredith Lannert

Meredith was a true professional. She was patient in my home search until I found the place. She negotiated a great price for me and worked very well with the seller's agent to move the sale along. We have now closed on the property and will be moving in shortly!

I also would like to add a recommendation for Meredith Lannert, my excellent, hard-working realtor. Meredith went way above and beyond the job of a typical realtor. Every month she had a new project to help sell my house, and she carried out many of these projects herself, gratis. She kept her eye on the market and made frequent recommendations. Even after my house was sold she still helped me with the chore of moving! Smart, dedicated, and knowledgeable, Meredith is a real find in the real estate world.

Meredith did an excellent job as my real estate agent. She helped me narrow down the areas and home features that would be a fit for my situation. She moved very quickly and was proactive in helping me find a home within my time frame. She also was there every step of the way at the end to keep the process moving and make sure nothing fell through the cracks, all the way through and even after closing. I would absolutely recommend her.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Meredith Lannert! She works out of Keller Williams Realty in Downers Grove. My son bought his first house (townhome) just about a year ago at this time, and he chose her as his Realtor. She explained everything so that, as a first time homebuyer, he would be able to comprehend all the minute details, explained the whole mortgage system, gave him tips on things, wouldn't even show him one place that he was interested in because she knew that there were too many repairs needed that he wouldn't want to do, (and she was right!) --in other words just made the whole process as easy and enjoyable as it can possibly be. And were looking for a new house to settle down in. Meredith was able to sell each of our homes in 4 days! Wow! We really lucked out when we found her.
