I recently went through selling my home of thirty years and I am so grateful that Merry of The Pope Team was my realtor. Her knowledge, professionalism and compassion were extroidinary. Merry guided me through the process every step of the way from home preparation to listing, to marketing and closing. There were multiple offers and one accepted within a week of our open house. Her attention to detail made the whole process not only painless but pleasurable. I want to shout from the rooftop to tell everyone how wonderful it is to know and work with Merry. A good friend introduced us to Merry Pope, who handles the sales for Pinnacle.Merry came to our house fully prepared and gave a stunning presentation that answered most of our questions before we asked them. She seemed almost too good to be true, but she was true. Merry was on top of everything with the sale from day one to the very end. I am very particular and had millions of questions during the process. Merry answered every concern I had quickly and efficiently. We listed the house on Thursday and had multiple offers by Monday, most well over asking price. She advertised our property on sites I'd never heard of. She had a professional photographer take pictures of the house. The open house, hosted by Holly Ackerman and which was the first weekend after listing, was a huge success. Merry made the selling of our house virtually effortless for us. She even went so far as to find us temporary housing when the house sold much sooner than we anticipated.I could go on and on. Merry was always professional, always accessible, always positive, not to mention that she has a great sense of humor and is the kind of person you want to have over for a barbecue. I was so pleased with Merry, I convinced my neighbor, who was going to sell by owner to talk to her. She was so impressed that she decided to use Merry, too.I highly recommend Merry Pope to anyone who is selling or buying. My only regret is that I couldn't bring Merry Pope with me to my new location out of state.

We were recommended to Merry by our Lender and couldn't have asked for a better agent than her. We moved from the east coast and was living with family members while we searched for our dream home. We have been saving for several years and was nervous/excited to do the process but she guided us the whole way through. She's very professional, detailed oriented, responsive (no matter what time of the day), knew the area, Santa Clarita, very well and helped us diligently.
