I was just thinking about the arduous process we went through while selling my house. And all the way through the process how glad I was that I chose you as my agent. There were times that I was about ready to throw up my hands and run but you patiently put me back on course with wisdom from your years of experience. I guess the Black Mold discovery was the most difficult, and expensive of our challenges, but even in that experience you knew exactly what to do and who to call.I could go on and on about you and your efforts but when I combine the fact that we ultimately netted more profit on the sale than I had expected, plus the wonderful experience of working and praying our way through the entire sale sort of speaks for itself.If I ever have to sell, or buy, another home there is no question who I will call first. Merle did a fantastic job selling our home. She was very efficient in getting our property on the market. I called her at 9am one morning and she was at the property 45 minutes later to look around. It would take a book to tell how highly I think of Merle Lands ability at being a real estate agent and what I think of her character. This lady is a consummate professional. She knows her business and she knows how to market and sell a home. She made me feel like her one and only client although I knew full well that she does indeed have a very lucrative business. Merle did not have a particularly expensive commission to make on my home and she may have taken it on out of the kindness of her heart. She was available for every phone call day and night and believe me there were way more phone calls made to her than anyone had the time for . She never once acted aggravated and she bent over backwards to help me. She was not only my real estate agent but my friend, my therapist, my rational thinking go to, and I honestly do not think I would have survived without her. I trusted her totally and she did not fail me. She got the house sold and she got it sold fast. It was a terrible time for me but because of Merle s incredible professionalism and also her personal concern for me things worked out well.
