She posted my home for sale on several websites and social media and I had about 31 showings. My house was only on the market for 22 days. She is very professional and on top of things! Melinda provide me with all the information I need to know when buying a new home. She has been patience when I felt when we look for house was not right with me, but I'm glad she stuck with me and I made my decision to get my new home built. Its the best decision I've made and Melinda was right there with me to the end. Overall she very knowable in her work and she will provider to you all the information you need to know when you wanting to buy your home in the market.

I cant say enough about a Merlinda. We have been looking for home for awhile now. Unfortunately, not only were we kinda picky about houses, we had a few set backs along our journey. Merlinda stuck it out with us. During one of our set backs, the mortgage company made a costly mistake. Merlinda was there for us and corrected the cost of their mistake. She is ethical, professional and will fight for you. We closed on our home 2/5/19 and couldnt have done it without her.
