Merridith Obletz

Breezy was born and raised in Cortez, Co. She spent eight years traveling and attending Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, AZ. She returned home shortly after with a new sense of appreciation for her community and surrounding area. She finished her schooling and received her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts-Emphasis in Business from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. She completed schooling through American Dream Real Estate School, became a Broker in 2017 and is currently taking further education towards Certification badges. She also owns a local family operated gift store, Main Street Emporium, in the heart of downtown Cortez. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, any activity that allows her to be outdoors in "Colorful Colorado" and building relationships with new clients.
