Mic helped us navigate the tremendously crazy housing market right before the holidays- both the buying and selling side. We put our house on the market and had 12 over-asking offers in 72 hours. This was mostly due to Mic's expertise on where to price our home, as well as a professional stager Mic provided at no additional cost. We got $20K more than we anticipated, which really helped us on the buying side. When buying, we saw about 30 homes as we didn't want to settle for something that didn't seem right. Mic was patient with us and even utilized other agents to make sure we were able to see homes as quickly as possible. This was critical as homes were getting over 10 offers in 48 hours of being on the market. He offered his expert advice on whether a house was listed correctly and if it was a wise investment. I would highly recommend Mic and his team. As fun as house hunting is supposed to be, this market can make it quite stressful. I know Mic was a critical piece of helping us find our new family home
