Thank you Mike for the phenomenal job in helping me sell my home in what I believe to be record time. This is the first time I sold a home, so I was a little nervous and anxious about the process. At the beginning of the process, I asked very detailed questions and Mike was very enthusiastic, answering every question to the best of his knowledge and followed up with me for the questions that he couldn’t answer immediately; this helped me to relax and trust Mike to help me through the process. Mike was very knowledgeable about the housing market, so he was able to assist me in building a timeline of projected expectations that were specific and realistic. I relied on his advice to provide me with recommendations in the sale of my home. He was very attentive to my needs as well as the demands of the market. Considering the home I was selling was in Texas and I currently reside in Washington State, Mike ensured that he communicated every detail to me via phone and/or email. He always followed up on my requests and gave me feedback in a very prompt manner. He went out of his way to ensure that maintenance/repairs were coordinated and executed in a timely manner. During the process of selling my home, Mike was with me every step of the way. He was very honest and was always “right on” with his recommendations and advice. I would most definitely use Mike again to sell and/or purchase a home if I am stationed in Texas again. Words can’t describe how awesome my home selling experience was with Mike! Mike Zehr,Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you, your family and your employees provided to my husband and I in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. You hung in there with us when times were hard and when paperwork in our deal was not quite right from other intuitions. You showed us how to work with other agencies when we felt things were not done to par. Everyone else we talked to told us that our hopes and dreams were not achievable. We were told that the type of home we dreamed of, Barndominium, could not and would not be financed through VA. We were told that it would be a lengthy and expensive process if we could find a company willing to finance us through conventional means. With your help and knowledge not only did we find a barndominium already built but we were able to get it financed through the VA. It took several months, six to be exact, but you didn't give up on us and kept encouraging us. You took our calls late at night and early in the morning. You met with us on weekends and holidays when it was absolutely necessary. You corrected errors that other realtors made from the sellers contact in which we were buying the home. The lady we bought our home from was surprised how well we were treated and of our service compared to her and her service from her realtor. She saw how well taken care of we were and how our paperwork had no room for error. You never told us what to do but rather just recommended what we could do and we took it all to heart and you were always right. In the end we felt like we were part of your family. You are not just a realtor to us but you will always be a lifelong friend. I tell everyone that is in the market for any kind of real estate that if they are not using Armadillo Properties than they will not get the best deal nor the best service.
