As a first time homebuyer, I put a lot of trust into Michael to help me through the process, and he didn't disappoint! I was recommended by a friend who had gone through Michael a couple months before me, who was also a firs time buyer and was told nothing but good things. I have no regrets in working with Michael in buying my first home and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.His expertise and excitement kept me engaged in the process even when I was unsure of what my next steps were. From the first contact I had with Michael, he was ready to work with me, and with what I wanted. I wouldn't say I was a picky buyer, but I did have a low budget for the area I was looking in. Additionally, I was out of town for the majority of my home-buying experience, he worked with me to have family go out and look at properties for me. He worked to show my family several homes very quickly. At the final property my family looked at, which he had managed to add last minute to the list of other properties, Michael and Michelle understood the urgency that was needed to put in an offer for me to have a chance at the owners accepting the offer, and while the choice was absolutely up to me, they worked to get as much information as possible to me to help me make an acceptable offer, which ultimately made the difference in finding and getting the property I now have.Michael's excitement and confidence throughout my time working with him helped me work through the different parts of the process and I never felt afraid to ask a question or felt that he was leading me in the wrong direction.
