Mike was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for in a home. I wanted to stay within the same school boundary for my son and Mike was able to show me homes within that boundary. Being a single mother on a tight budget, he was still willing to help me find what I wanted and steer me away from money pits along the way. My home search was long and Mike never made me feel pressured and took the stress out of home buying with his humor. Once we found THE home, Mike continued to help me through to the very end. A week after moving in, Mike checked in on us to ensure everything was well. The water heater was not working and I could not find the home warranty paperwork. Mike immediately obtained the home warranty number from the sellers agent and got all the information I needed to get the water heater repaired. He followed up to ensure that the water heater was fixed.Mike is a sincere and hard working agent and I will, without a doubt, use him in the future when I upgrade to a larger home.
