At the beginning, I reached out to a personal friend (also a licensed real estate agent) to help me sell my propertyhowever, she was so buried with other Home sales that she politely declined and introduced me to her colleague, Michael Bouldin.From our very first visit, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a GREAT communicator. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response, when a I had questions.Michael was with me every step of the way through the entire processfrom listing the property, arranging open house dates (several!) and letting me know when prospective buyers would be touring my home. He explained all the disclosures and forms in detail and even met me at my work a couple of times to save me time and travel when I needed to sign documents by a deadline.I shared with michael that I hoped the entire process would not take more than 60 days and he had my property sold in less than 30 days, with the entire process wrapped up and closed before 60 days!!!Michael ensured the inspection process went smoothly and made recommendations that saved me money.When it came time for closing, Michael met me at the title company and sat with me while I completed the paperwork with the escrow agent to ensure closing went without a glitch.I couldnt have asked for a more attentive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly agent. When my mother passed away, I found myself her Trustee and needed to sell her condominium. I really didnt want to deal with it but called Michael on the advice of a friend. Michael was empathetic and respectful. He took some information from me and completed the task quickly, efficiently and with basically little effort on my part. His guidance on some of my questions was professional and thorough. He is a very upbeat likable guy and I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying real estate.

Michael was a great help with a difficult sale of our house and finding a new house for us. He has a great knowledge of the marketplace and really listened to the things that we wanted in a home. He never pushed houses that didn't meet our needs, but could see the potential in homes that most realtors don't see. He even pointed out things like developments and and other issues that may effect the house in the future. I would recommend him to anyone I know, and feel like I have a realtor for life.

Michael assisted in both the sale of our home and purchase of a new home in a different city. He was great with providing us market advice so we could make educated choices regarding repairs/updates and pricing of our prior home as well as what to expect in the different areas we were considering for relocation, not just raw comps. I appreciated his work ethic in scheduling a variety of vendors and showing our home. He really went above and beyond.
