I don't comment often but I feel compelled to do so in this case. I've been working with Mike for about a year now and I'm completely impressed. If there was a 0-10 survey review for him, I'd check 10 out of 10 on every category. Professionalism, courtesy, patience, knowledge. He has been "tested" with a challenging job and instead of cutting his losses (I know some realtors that would have) he's stuck with me. And this one is important: he's contributed ideas and taken positions in MY favor, looking out for MY (his client's) interests at no advantage to himself (where his net gain was zero). THAT is when I truly judge someone to be a professional and decide to trust him. Mike, thanks for sticking with me on this one.
