From start to finish, loved working with Michael to sell our home. From the professional photos with a 3D tour and aerial view which depicted our home beautifully, ultimately getting multiple offers on our home within just a couple of days of listing, to making sure we had an ample amount of time to secure another residence before closing, the process of selling our home could not have gone better. Michael checked in with me frequently every step of the way and explained what was going on and made sure I didnt have any questions. He was always easy to get in contact with and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Very happy I decided to work with him and would highly recommend.

18 months ago I decided to list my property so I started my journey speaking with several realtors. Things did not go as smoothly due to reasons I unfortunately cannot disclose. Michael went above and beyond!From listing home to then delaying listing and re-listing 2 months later when market was hot! Got MUCH MORE than expected and WAY above asking price. And I believe whole heartedly its because of MICHAEL. Once the sale was complete he did his own walk through in the house to make sure it was perfect and was excellent at being in constant contact and communication during the entire process.
