AVOID! Very aggressive agent. Constantly lies and likes to take advantage of people with little or no knowledge of the market. Unprofessional, rude to potential buyers and exhibits eratic behaviour. I Wouldnt use this agent even if it meant saving over 10 thousands dollars. As a matter of principle. This is not a nice individual. Again, AVOID at all costs!!!

When my team provided an email regarding the status of one of his listings, he responded to my team with profanity laced emails and berating people -- all over a listing status update. This is beyond unprofessional and not someone that I would want to continue to work with in any way.

A very unprofessional realtor is an understatement, I sent in a counter off and instead of presenting it to the seller he insulted me immediately. Lacks professionalism and I would avoid any listing that has his name on it.
