Michael helped us sell our home. Our house was on the market for less than 30 days. He said he'd sell it fast and he did! We got very close to asking and the entire process was flawless. He even showed up one evening in the rain (and in his comfy clothes) to let us in when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house! Michael also helped us find and negotiate a great deal on our new home. We close the end of the month. So, in the 4 months we've known him, he has helped us sell and buy. Michael is great to work with. We were new to Connecticut so he took us around to different areas and spent a lot of time with us explaining the pros/cons of different towns. THE ABSOLUTE BEST AGENT EVER! Mike and I met when me and my wife and our 5 kids started looking for a starter home. Everyone knows in Trumbull finding something under 400k with enough space to raise 5 kids is nearly impossible. I spent a half hour talking to Mike and Alex and instantly I knew he was perfect for what I was trying to accomplish. Most agents will harass you to sign paperwork before they even answer your emails and phone calls. Just from talking about what we where interested in and our budget he put together a list and sent it to me that morning. After a few weeks of searching we looked at a house that was out of our price range. Of course it was just what we wanted. Mike went right at it. After a couple long days of anticipation and convincing ourselves that theres no way it would happen Mike got us the house we loved into the price range that worked for us and immediately moved the process in the right direction. Ive heard horror shows from a lot of friends and family about the long grueling process after your offer is accepted but nope not with Mike. We closed on our home in a little over a month!!!!
