This was one of the best real estate buying experiences that I have had. Michael has an excellent knowledge of local market trends and was very helpful in pinpointing the best property for our needs, and in negotiating a reasonable price. All in all, a very smooth transaction.

We visited an open house that Michael was hosting and wound up spending most of the afternoon with him. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of great advice about the kind of properties we should consider and why; investment considerations that we should consider; pros & cons of various locations; etc. we were very impressed with his ability to ask us the right questions so he could better understand our appetite to own property in the area. He shared a lot of information that was extremely helpful to us since we werent really sure what we wanted to do. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Michael not only answered my questions but he explained his reasons for his answers. Robin later spent about a half of a day showing us a number of properties that we had identified and some that she had identified. She was extremely efficient and helpful to share her comments about each property. She quickly analyzed our tastes and interests and kept us focused on really good options for our consideration. She was willing to do anything she could to help us throughout the purchasing process. She also helped us with great suggestions for financing, insurance, closing, etc. She was professional, helpful, efficient and just great to work with.

Michael listed our vacation cottage, and Robin closed the sale. The team could not have been more helpful. They assisted with every aspect of the sale, from preparing the home for sale to arranging our remote closing. There were many open houses held, creating more traffic from prospective buyers. Both Michael and Robin were extremely responsive and professional. We absolutely would use them again and recommend them to friends.

We met them both at open houses, and after talking with them about our wants, they immediately handled showing us what was available in the area we wanted to be. We have another property in Sandestin, and when we are ready to sell, we intend to use Robin and Michael again

Michael Fletcher took the time to point out the details of the house and compared them to others we had seen. He gave us his opinion of the workmanship and the advantages and disadvantages of the location and the design. He guided us through the contract and offer process and made suggestions along the way. He called the builder for us several times and relayed our desires and proposals. He helped with our measurements and with our walk-through. Robin guided us through the closing process and kept us abreast of what we needed and had to do.
