Having lived in the Colorado area for over 40 years and in the construction industry for over 35 years I have a great understanding of what is important in a good home. I am a laid back and low pressure agent who has a desire to help make sure my clients are well taken care of with good communication and expertise other agents may not possess. My job is to help provide a smooth transaction for all parties involved. I manage the entire process of buying or selling a home by dealing with all parties involved and solving any problems before they become an issue. Let's be honest, buying and selling a house can be very stressful. A good agent should be able to take much of that stress away. My goal is to help all clients making the buying or selling experience a pleasurable one rather than the nightmare that it could be.
