August 4, 2017Mike and Lenka were great. I am a first time home buyer & I had a lot of questions. They never once made me feel I was bothering them They were very attentive. They are both extremely hard working and always there when I needed them. Sometimes I wonder if they ever sleep! No complaints! I'd work with them again, No doubt! 2 of the best, in my opinion. When I met Mike, he was very helpful to me the first time. I was talking at the restaurant to someone about a home that I went to see with sellers realtor. Mike introduced himself to me and told me he was also a realtor, and would be happy to show the house to me again. Then next day Mike called me to set the appointment up. When I saw the house again, fell in love with it. Mike and you were so helpful when, I made an offer seller came back and told us that they went with another offer instead. I was a little disappointed but decided if it was meant to be it would be! Mike called me a few days later and told me to meet him at his office and we would look for more properties if I was interested. I was and so he gave me some address and I looked at the properties, a few weeks later Mike called and told me the Pilgrim Mill Property was on the market again. I asked Mike to make the offer to the sellers and they accepted the offer the 2nd time around... You, Mike and my mortgage lender, made it so easy to close on the house every step of the way, either you or Mike would contact me for information and the whole process went well. You two are very proactive, when it came to getting all information together to insure the closing went well. I would recommend Mike to my friends if they ever needed a good realtor.
