Thank goodness for Michael Gozzo! Initially we were looking to buy a house, however, due to time restraints it turned into a rental. He worked tirelessly to find the best house for my family, making sure it fit within the budget, design and location. He is knowledgable about all facets of the industry, always made himself available for calls or meetings, and did not give up until we found the perfect house. And when he found us the perfect house, and we happened to be out of town and unable to visit the property, Michael went to the house, took video, and emailed it to us - knowing the house would get picked up right away. It was because of his extra effort that we didn't miss the opportunity of getting into our dream home. Michael was absolutely amazing to work with, and highly recommended!
