Michael helped us sell our house and helped us find our forever home to buy. He was helpful with staging tips/home improvement suggestions, and very knowledgeable about comparative houses for sale in the area to keep our listing current. Michael responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls in a timely fashion. As a busy mom, I really appreciated the text notification feature Michael signed me up for, to notify the seller of a possible showing. When it came to showing us houses to buy, Michael was flexible around our schedule, great with kids, and even enlisted his partner to show us houses quickly and conveniently. Michael was keenly aware of our wants/needs in a new house and found our family our forever home. With his help we were able to put in an offer within two days of the house being on the market. It was Michael's actions that made this possible and I highly recommend him to everyone!
