Mike is the best. He helped us with renting our single family home 2 times (vetted and found the best tenants!). Finally after a few years, we decided that it was time to sell. Mike took care of the selling process from start to end! Mike went above and beyond to handle any complicated situation and took the stress off my shoulders by staying on top of everything. My wife and myself have nothing but high praises for Mike. We are first time homebuyers and the buying process was extremely scary and nerve-racking prior to meeting Mike. The first time we met him, he calmly answered all of our questions and educated us on the process. He was very energetic, knowledgeable and reliable. He is available 24 hours 7 days a week, at least it seemed. I work nightshifts and I obviously try to respect peoples sleep, however I would find myself texting him at two or three in the morning during my “breaktime”. Surprisingly he would respond right away or respond around 7am. Crazy enough I would be receiving emails from him around 1am. This guy does not know what sleep is. I can’t tell you how many times we ask him for disclosures and information on houses, and we will receive them within the hour, no matter what hour. He would give us advice on areas to go and not to go to. He was not aggressive at all and was able to keep us in the path and direction we wanted to go. He kept us in the driver seat and made sure we never got intimidated and dejected when our offers were rejected. The best part is that he knew our budget, and he kept us in our budget. We were so happy to have worked with Mike. We even closed early. I feel he had a big part in it even if he didnt. Our house even came with a pool that is less than 5 years old! Its amazing!! Strong work helping us find a diamond in the rough. Best part was that more offers came in for the house we bought after we were in contract. Mike said, “too bad for those guys”. It just shows you how on top of his craft he is. He promptly submitted our offer and that same day we got an accepted offer with in 6 hours. Mike helped me sell my house in San Mateo in December of 2021. I chose Mike for two reasons, first because of his experience in the field -- especially in the local market. Mike knows the Peninsula. He is a local guy who has been in real estate practically all his life. Second reason I chose Mike is because he lived four houses down. I was pretty sure he would be filled with pride every time he drove by if he got me a great price for my house. He did. My sales situation required a lot of service. I needed someone to clean out the place, get some of the upgrades we had done up to code and then improve it so that it was in move in condition. This required a lot of work and coordination. All of which Mike and his team did. All I had to do was to watch as they turned my gently worn house into a beautiful showcase home. There was a point I was so impressed that I did not want to sell the house. But if that were the case you would not be reading this review😊 The selling process was a breeze. The house was so beautiful after Mike and team were done with it that we got offers before it went on the market. In the end we got what I felt was the best price we could.
