Mike joined the family business in 2002, first obtaining his sales license and later his broker's license. He was born and raised in Bartow County, a graduate of Cass High School and recipient of a Bachelor's Degree from Berry College, where he was a member of the 1998 national champion golf team. He is an expert in residential home sales, commercial real estate, and land sales. He received the Royal Diamond award in 2006 and 2007 for his performance as a real estate sales associate. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Northside Bank, a Sunday School teacher at Tabernacle Baptist Church and a volunteer for the Etowah Valley Humane Society
